ABA Therapy for Children with ADHD
in Los Angeles
Personalized, intensive ABA therapy that adapts to your child’s needs, helping them thrive in their home, school, and community.
You know your child is capable. You just need the right support.
Raising a child with ADHD comes with real challenges. You may see your child struggle to stay focused, act impulsively, or fall apart during transitions that seem manageable to others. School can be overwhelming. Homework can turn into a battle. And some days, it feels like nothing you try is working.
You are not alone, and it does not have to stay this way.
At Hidden Treasures ABA Therapy Services, we work with children with ADHD across Greater Los Angeles using Applied Behavior Analysis, a proven, evidence-based approach that helps children build the skills they need to succeed.
Applied Behavior Analysis is best known for supporting children with autism, but the principles behind it apply directly to ADHD as well. ABA focuses on understanding behavior: what triggers it, what keeps it going, and what helps a child learn new ways of responding.
For children with ADHD, that means targeted, individualized support in the areas that matter most.
How ABA Therapy Supports Children with ADHD
Improving Focus and Attention
We help children build the skills to stay on task, follow multi-step directions, and engage with learning, one step at a time.Managing Impulsivity
Through positive reinforcement and consistent practice, children learn to pause, think, and respond in ways that serve them better.Reducing Problem Behaviors
We identify what is driving difficult behaviors and develop a plan to address them in a supportive, non-punitive way.Building Independence
From morning routines to homework completion, we help children develop the habits and skills that make daily life easier for everyone.Supporting Social Skills
We help children with ADHD learn how to connect with peers, take turns, and navigate social situations with more confidence.
Individualized support built around your child
No two children with ADHD are the same. That is why we never start with a one-size-fits-all program.
Before therapy begins, one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) will assess your child across settings to understand how they learn, what gets in the way, and what kind of support will make the biggest difference. From there, we build a personalized treatment plan designed specifically for your child's needs and goals.
Sessions can take place at home, at school, or in the community, wherever your child needs support most. And because consistency is key to lasting progress, we weave parent training into the process so you have the strategies and tools to reinforce your child's growth every day.
